Maurten Drink Mix 160 energy drink powder provides 40 g of carbohydrates when mixed with 500 ml of water. It is intended for energy intake before, during or after exercise, as well as during endurance training and races. It is based on patented Hydrogel Technology, which transforms the drink into a hydrogel when it comes into contact with stomach acid.

It has a neutral taste and contains no added flavourings, colourings or preservatives. To prepare, mix the contents of the sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until fully dissolved. For proper mixing, the water should contain no more than 80 mg of calcium per litre.
