The NH-L9x65 is a taller, enhanced performance version of Noctua's award-winning NH-L9 low-profile coolers. With a height of 65 instead of 37 millimeters and four instead of two heat pipes, the NH-L9x65 is more powerful than its smaller siblings, but retains the 95x95mm footprint, which guarantees 100% RAM and PCIe compatibility on Intel-based ITX motherboards and makes the cooler more convenient to work with as it does not overhang sockets near the socket.

    After 5 years of use, the time has come for me to write my review. I am using this cooler on an i7-7740X. The temperatures are always stable, ranging from 36 idle to a maximum of 64 without any fluctuations, whether it's during video rendering, Unity rendering, or gaming. When I bought it, I was looking for an affordable but good mid-range cooler. I am completely satisfied. Especially during the first quarantine, my PC never shut down and I played heavy games almost all day. It never closed due to temperature or even thermal throttling. It should be noted that I have a full tower case with proper airflow from 5 fans and an RTX 2070. Even if I change my PC next year, I will still go for Noctua. This company has won me over.
