Description

Sting3d PLA Silk is a PLA blend that includes a special additive for lower melting temperature, increased gloss, and lower viscosity, facilitating the removal of supports. Its molecular weight is uniformly distributed, making the material's molecules more compatible, with a stable precise diameter and printing efficiency.

Features:

  • The material is a plastic blend made from ester substances.
  • The "silk" effect on the surface is obvious.
  • It withstands printing temperature well, offering a pleasant silk-like feel.

Packaging:
1kg / spool, 10 spools / carton. Carton size: 44*35*23cm.

Filament Data:

  • Physical Properties: Material density: 1.21-1.30g/cm3 (Testing system: GB/T1033.1-1986)
  • Mechanical Properties:
    • Tensile strength: 17-18 (25μm, ASTM D1992)
    • Tensile strength: ≥50Mpa (GB/T1040-1992)
    • Elongation at break: 4.6-5.3% (GB/T1040.1-1992)
    • Impact strength (KJ/M, Izod2): 1-3 (GB/T1043-1992)
  • Thermal Properties:
    • Vicat softening point: 61.5℃ (GB/T19466.2-2004)
    • Melting index (g/10min): 4-6 (190℃, 2.15kg, GB/T3682-2000)
    • Melting point: 178.5℃ (GB/T19466-2004)
