The professional Contec CMS70A oximeter is a device with a finger sensor that measures oxygen saturation and heart rate. It features a USB port and software for connection and monitoring via computer. It can be used in hospitals, clinics, medical offices, at home, or in training and physiotherapy settings (use during training is not recommended).

The Contec CMS70A uses photoelectric technology to verify oxyhemoglobin according to pulse oximetry scanning and recording technology, and can be used to measure SpO2 levels and pulse from the finger. Measurement is performed by attaching the finger sensor and reading the values.
