The Sakura white highlighter has a solid color and a «fresh stay» twist mechanism that keeps it ready for use. It writes on rough and smooth surfaces, even on dusty or rusty surfaces, as well as underwater.

It can be used on wood, fabric, canvas, plastic, steel, iron, rubber, cardboard, glass, fiberglass, and concrete. It dries in a few minutes and becomes permanent once dry, while being almost odorless. If it dries out, the tip can be lightly trimmed with a knife; it can also be cut down for smaller marks. It can be removed from non-porous surfaces with alcohol or paint thinner.
