The Opton OP-PIG-SCA-657B3-40 fiber optic cable is single-mode and simplex, with an SC/APC connector. The G657.B3 fiber has very high bend resistance, allowing the cable to be routed around objects, along walls and corners, and even tied in a knot. It continues to function when bent, with a loss of approximately 0.1 dB.
It is designed for FTTH networks and can be used inside the subscriber’s apartment. Its flexibility makes it easy to route through areas where a pre-terminated patch cord with connectors at both ends cannot be installed.
