The revolutionary new design of the X-Sync 2 Eagle chains comes from analysis conducted by SRAM engineers on thousands of worn X-Sync chains under laboratory and real-world riding conditions. The goal was to develop a chain that would improve the performance of the Eagle drivetrain in all conditions.

The longer, angular tooth shape was designed to work perfectly with the new Eagle chainring, better hold the chain, enhance crankset performance, reduce friction, quiet the drivetrain, and slow wear. The chains are made from aluminum and are available in standard and Boost versions.
