The HMS HL03 set includes 2 adjustable dumbbells, with a maximum weight of up to 2.5 kg per dumbbell. Each dumbbell features 4 adjustment levels: 1 kg, 1.5 kg, 2 kg, and 2.5 kg. The galvanized iron parts allow quick weight changes with a button, while the HEXagonal shape prevents rolling. The non-slip handle and ABS coating reduce noise when in contact with the floor.
