The HMS HL03 dumbbell set includes two adjustable dumbbells with a hexagonal HEX shape that prevents them from rolling. Each dumbbell has four weight settings, from 1 to 2.5 kg, which can be changed quickly using a button. The galvanized iron surfaces and ABS coating help reduce noise when the dumbbells are placed on the floor.

The non-slip handle has a diameter of 3.3 cm. The dumbbells can be used for exercises such as raises, bicep curls, presses, rows and core exercises, as well as for aerobic training.
