The GRAM-BOX ballast system for mounting photovoltaic panels is designed for flat surfaces and pitched roofs with an inclination of up to 10°.

Main features of the system include:

• Safer and more practical than systems with metal framework and concrete blocks.
• Reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the roof sealant due to the absence of sharp edges.
• Lightweight before filling, facilitating transportation.
• Suitable for use even during winter.
• Containers supplied pre-filled with glycol anti-freeze solution and weighing 10 kg.
• Recommended weight of 60 kg is achieved by adding 50 liters of tap water to concentrate the glycol solution at 10.7%.
• Ability to use additional reinforcement rods, which are secured with M8 bolts into special slots on the front and back panels.
• The upper rails feature M8 bolt holes with a 21° angle to the substrate and are fully compatible with mounting systems for trapezoidal bridges.

Note: Stabilization rods, bolts, and mounting bases for photovoltaic panels are not included. Appropriate components must be selected and purchased separately, according to the panel dimensions.
