The 24 teeth per inch (24 TPI) serration is intended for cutting steel, plastics, and non-ferrous metals such as thin-walled metal pipes, reinforcement bars, angles, and aluminum profiles. The high tooth density supports smooth feeding without catching on edges of thin materials. When changing the blade, it is recommended to wear protective glasses and gloves. The blade must be properly tensioned in the frame, and the workpiece securely fixed.
