The Fellowes 225Ci shredder automatically shreds up to 200 sheets and manually shreds up to 10 sheets into 4 × 38 mm particles, with a P-4 security level. Designed for use by 1–3 people in a medium-sized office, it features the AccuFeed system for automatically shredding documents with staples or paper clips (up to 20 sheets), glossy paper, double-sided printouts, and crumpled documents. SilentShred technology reduces operating noise.

The additional feed slot accepts individual documents, credit cards, folded documents, CDs/DVDs, and promotional mail in envelopes. The Auto Reverse system returns documents in the event of a jam, while Sleep Mode automatically switches off the device after 2 minutes of inactivity. The indicator panel alerts you to a full bin, a removed bin, thermal protection, and a paper jam.
