Description

< p>Cast iron fittings for the transportation of non-corrosive gases and liquids, suitable for threaded pipe connections in water supply, gas, steam, central heating, and sprinkler systems.
  • Operating pressure: 2.5 MPa / 25 bar / from -20°C to 120°C, 2.0 MPa / 20 bar / at 300°C, with intermediate values between 120° and 300°.
  • Material: black cast iron EN-GJMW-350-10, according to PN-EN 15622000 + A12006.
  • Threads: according to PN-ISO 7-11995 and connection threads according to PN-ISO 228-11995.
  • Smooth surface: free of cavities, bubbles, cracks, or other damages.
  • Zinc coating mass: over 500 g/m2, average thickness 70 µm, according to PN-EN 10242.
  • Component design pressure: ½ to 4”: 100 bar.
  • Sealing: tested with compressed air at 5.6 kg/cm2 (5.6 bar).
  • Complies with the additional requirements of Directive 97/23/EC.
  • Size: 3/4x1/2'.
