The 530 × 560 mm cast-iron hob is designed for use with a wood-burning stove and is 17 mm thick. Its movable, removable rings accommodate cookware of different sizes, with the largest ring measuring 420 mm in diameter.
The cast-iron construction helps distribute heat evenly and is suitable for slow cooking, boiling and preparing traditional dishes. For installation, a 10 mm expansion gap is recommended between the hob and the countertop. This can be filled with 12 mm heat-resistant rope.
