It is made of cotton sateen fabric and velvet, with filling of soft polyurethane foam. It has holes for 3-point and 5-point harnesses and can be used with different stroller and seat models. The product complies with medical device regulations and has an Oeko-Tex Standard 100 class I certificate. It is double-sided. The holes are sewn and should be cut manually for the best fit.
