The CS-R3-50H CCTV tester combines camera testing functions with an OTDR optical time-domain reflectometer for locating faults in optical fibers. It supports AHD, HD-CVI, HD-TVI, IP and CVBS cameras, and can search for and display IP cameras compatible with the Onvif protocol. It includes DH and Hik tools, Google Chrome, LAN connection monitoring, IP address scanning and ICMP packet connection testing.

It supports PoE and detects breaks in UTP cables, with TDR functionality up to 180 m. The 5.4″ Retina color touchscreen has a resolution of 1920 x 1152 px. It can be operated via a graphical menu, touchscreen or buttons.
