The cast-iron cooktop for a wood-burning stove has two cooking zones, one movable and one fixed, for using cookware simultaneously. The movable zone can be moved closer to or farther from the fire to regulate the temperature and has four concentric rings. The fixed zone supports cookware during cooking.
The movable zone has a diameter of 260 mm and can be used with medium and small cookware, such as pots, pans and cauldrons. For installation, an expansion gap of 10 mm is recommended between the cooktop and the countertop, which can be filled with 12 mm heat-resistant rope.
