The Sakura white fluorescent highlighter leaves a bright mark that glows in the dark for approximately 30 minutes after exposure to light. It can be applied to smooth and rough surfaces, even when they are covered in oil, rust or dirt, and dries within a few minutes. Once dry, it is resistant to water and light, while its odor is practically imperceptible.
