Richmont Pai Mu Tan white tea from the Chinese province of Fujian is flavoured with strawberry and mallow flowers. It can be served hot or cold and has a low caffeine content.

To prepare, steep the tea bag for 3–5 minutes in water at 70–85 °C; do not use boiling water. The recommended amount of water is approximately 400–450 ml per tea bag.
