The Skottsberg roasting pan is deep and made of stainless steel with a three-layer construction. The outer layer is made of 18/0 stainless steel, the inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, with a layer of aluminium between them for even heat distribution. It retains heat and is suitable for use in the oven and on induction cooktops.
Dishwasher safe. The handle may become hot during cooking, while discoloration of the cookware is an indication of proper use. To prevent warping, avoid thermal shock.
