The Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Classic Neo pressure cooker cooks at two pressure levels: 0.4 bar for vegetables and fish, and 0.8 bar for meat, stews and legumes. The Superthermic Sandwich base, with layers of aluminium and steel, distributes heat quickly and evenly, while the safety valve and locking system prevent the cooker from being opened while under pressure. The pressure indicator shows the pressure level inside.

Made of 18/10 stainless steel, it has a graduated interior and heat-insulated Bakelite handles: one long handle and one helper handle. The cooker is dishwasher-safe, while the lid, valve and silicone gasket should be washed by hand under warm running water.
