Description
Specifications
The cast-iron cooktop has a removable burner plate with four removable rings, allowing the opening to be adjusted for cookware of different sizes or for cooking directly over the flame. Its flat surface supports pots and pans, while the cast iron accumulates and retains heat for even cooking on a wood-burning stove.
For installation, an expansion gap of 10 mm between the cooktop and the countertop is recommended. The gap can be filled with heat-resistant rope, 12 mm in diameter, to allow the cast iron to expand at high temperatures.
