Replacement anion resin filter for drinking water against nitrates. It softens and conditions the water with the help of an anion-exchange resin. It is usually combined with an activated carbon filter that improves the taste and smell of the water.

Nitrates come from agriculture, while their excessive use has led them into the water table. The consumption of these salts can have serious health effects, as a percentage is converted into nitrites, which are carcinogenic.
