It has a front pocket for gloves, a flat rear pocket with Velcro for pressure dressings or large hemostatic packs, and pockets in the flap for trauma shears and a TCCC card. The side and bottom MOLLE/PALS system and the shock cord at the base allow you to attach equipment such as the Combat Stretcher.
