The operating principle of the FUR with anchorage depth of 70 mm and the asymmetric teeth facilitate installation in known and unknown substrates. The slim geometry allows installation even in wooden constructions with thick elements and narrow holes.
Applications:
- Wooden or metal substructures for façades and roofs
- Windows, battens, gates and doors
- Interior cladding and equipment
Construction materials: Concrete ≧ C12/15, hollow ceramic bricks, hollow silicate bricks, solid silicate blocks, solid lightweight concrete blocks and solid bricks. Also suitable for solid natural stone, solid plasterboard, lightweight concrete blocks, three-layer wall panels and lightweight aggregate concrete.
Function and dimensions:
- Suitable for through fastening.
- Screwing causes the individual teeth to open.
- In solid materials, uniform expansion forces are generated, while in hollow materials the teeth press against the walls and open into the cavities.
- In materials with vertical cavities, drilling should be done by rotation only, without impact.
- For wooden constructions, screws with a flat countersunk head are recommended, while for metal constructions, anchors with hex head screws and an integrated washer are recommended.
