The cylindrical opolski beetroot has carmine red, tender flesh with a mild flavor and subtle rings. It is suitable for immediate consumption, storage, processing, and canning.
The seeds are provided on a tape that facilitates cultivation and ensures uniform growth. They are placed in a furrow 2 cm deep and require regular watering.
