The Spv Ts pastry ring set includes three round stainless steel rings with diameters of 24 cm, 26 cm and 28 cm. They are used to shape cakes, cheesecakes, sponge cakes, mousses and chilled desserts, while making it easier to unmould them and create an even shape. They are easy to clean and nest inside one another for storage.
