My first Ultra, coming from Series 7 and 10. To start, I have to say that although the Watch is gorgeous, with lovely material around the edge and a nice display, what I didn’t like—and knew from the outset that I wouldn’t like—was the Ocean Band strap. However, the reason I chose it was that it would arrive sooner, since the other versions would take quite a while. The positives of the Ocean, of course, are that during a tough workout with lots of sweat, it’s definitely a better choice than the Alpine Loop and Trail Loop, since those versions would get quite creased in appearance. However, I can’t say the same about the fantastic Milanese band, which I bought separately later on. Guys, I really LOVED it. I wear only this one, both for workouts and in general. I’ve never had such a beautiful, high-quality strap; it has taken things to a whole new level, and in my eyes, I’m not just wearing a watch—I’m wearing a piece of jewelry. It was worth the money.

Something I liked, which I didn’t have on the regular models, is that the Ultra offers a second menu with fewer options that shows you the apps you use most, so you don’t have to search through the awkward, large, classic menu for your apps.

Something that scared me was that during my first workout, my heart rate (BPM) froze for the first 2–3 minutes, making it seem as though it couldn’t read it. However, it fixed itself afterward and hasn’t had that issue again. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I had just bought it, set it up, and then went out for a run without the watch being practically 100% ready to use.

In any case, I was happy with my purchase, and I thank iSystem and Skroutz for their prompt service.
