The Ninja Crispi Pro has finally arrived in Greece and it was exactly as I expected. I had been following it for a long time from abroad and from the first moment I saw it, I loved it. Now that I have it in my hands, my first impressions are excellent.
The truth is that, coming from the Ninja AF500, the capacity seems smaller. Nevertheless, the Crispi Pro has enough height, which in practice helps more than it initially seems. Personally, I also have the regular Ninja Crispi so I can combine them when I need to cook for more people, but for everyday use I think the Crispi Pro is incredibly convenient. For up to three people I believe it is just fine.
What I really consider a "revolution" is the glass Pyrex. It is perhaps the most practical air fryer I have ever used. There is no non-stick surface to worry about damage, scratches, or peeling. You can easily wash it either by hand or in the dishwasher and you generally feel a cleaner and healthier sensation when using it. Especially the fact that the Pyrex can go straight into the fridge for any leftovers is an amazing convenience in daily life.
I also really like the rack, because it allows the air to circulate properly and helps with even cooking. The device is fast, practical, and very easy to use. The fact that it has two bowls that can be swapped makes daily food preparation even more comfortable.
The only real drawback, in my opinion, is its rather high price at the moment in the Greek market. I hope that over time it will become more affordable, because I think more people should try it.
So far, though, I think it is a purchase that was truly worth it. I naturally bought it with an extended warranty for extra peace of mind and I hope it proves durable over time, because so far it has really impressed me.
