The Tomcat Belt Sleeve Hook is made of laminate and features a lightweight, low-profile construction. It can accommodate tactical shoulder straps of the Y or H type. The belt construction allows for the attachment of pistol holsters, just like the Mosquito belt. Two side loops help stabilize the belt.

For proper operation, an inner belt from the available range is required. The inner belt with soft Velcro (loop) is compatible with the outer belt with hard Velcro (hook).
