The Qidi Filament Management System Max 4 supplies compatible 3D printers with up to four filaments through independent channels for multi-color or multi-material printing. It supports automatic switching to a backup spool when a filament runs out and monitors the feed to detect tangles, jams, and filament runout.
It allows drying and printing at the same time, with a maximum drying temperature of 65 °C. The airtight chamber and desiccant compatibility help limit moisture, while temperature and humidity are monitored in real time and displayed on the screen and in QIDI Studio. NFC identification of compatible QIDI filaments automatically adjusts their settings.
