The Kiwi LMA-M42_NK adapter is made of black anodized aluminum. The adapter allows M42 lenses (Zeiss, Pentax, Praktica, Mamiya and Zenit) and macro accessories (35mm and DSLRs) to mount on Nikon camera bodies for excellent image quality.
Although the lens will mount normally, the automatic aperture, autofocus, and any other automatic functions cannot operate.
Use of the lens is recommended in fully manual exposure mode (M) or AV exposure mode. Focusing cannot be done to infinity.
