The Kuhn Rikon Duromatic pressure cooker cooks at two pressure settings: 0.4 bar for vegetables and fish, and 0.8 bar for meat, stews and legumes. It includes a perforated steam basket, allowing food to cook without coming into contact with water. The safety valve prevents excess pressure and locks the lid during operation, while the markings on the valve let you monitor the pressure.

The multilayer Superthermic base distributes heat quickly across the entire surface, while the internal measurement scale makes it easy to measure liquids. The side handles are made of heat-resistant Bakelite. The cooker is dishwasher-safe, while the lid, valve and silicone gasket should be hand-washed in lukewarm water.
