The Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Classic Neo pressure cooker has a capacity of 7 L and reduces cooking time by up to 70%. Its Superthermic sandwich base, made of aluminium and steel, distributes heat quickly and evenly. It features two pressure settings: one for delicate foods such as vegetables and fish, and another for meat, legumes and stews.
The pressure indicator shows the pressure level inside the cooker, while the safety valve and locking mechanism prevent it from being opened under pressure. The long ergonomic handle and helper handle are insulated. The interior has measurement markings, and the body is dishwasher-safe; the lid, valve and silicone gasket should be washed by hand with warm water.
