The OstroVit Omega 3 Extreme food supplement contains the fatty acids DHA and EPA. DHA is a structural component of the cell membranes in the retina and is associated with night vision and colour vision.
The recommended daily dose is one softgel, preferably after a meal. Store in a cool, shaded place at a temperature of up to 25 °C and away from sunlight. Intended for healthy adults and not suitable for children. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; consult a doctor if you are taking medication. Manufactured using equipment that also processes products containing milk, eggs, soy, shellfish, nuts and peanuts.
