Over time, the filling of each punching bag compresses gradually, creating a vacant area at the top of the bag which, under the weight of the bag, begins to be compressed by the chains. This worsens the visual appearance and reduces the training surface. Using rings on the bag chains ensures that the bag retains its original shape at all times, providing an attractive appearance and optimal technical parameters.

The use of rings is especially recommended when the chain length is reduced due to a low training height (the shorter the chains, the greater the pressure of the chains on the bag surface).
