Lysine contributes to calcium absorption and the formation of collagen, antibodies, hormones and enzymes, and also helps maintain stable nitrogen levels in adults.
The recommended daily intake is 1–3 servings of 1 g, after each meal. Store in a cool, shaded place at a temperature of up to 25 °C, away from sunlight. Intended for healthy adults and not suitable for children or as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
