The Vevor Model 90 replacement blade cuts boneless meat and soft vegetables into 7 mm slices, and also supports shredding and dicing. It consists of 26 thin stainless steel blades and features a grooved design to make it easier to remove cut food.
Spacers help ensure stable operation, while the stainless steel comb helps prevent food from building up in the gaps between the blades. The blade is easy to disassemble and clean. After cleaning, dry it thoroughly and apply a thin coat of food-grade oil.
