Each capsule contains 100 mg of Pylopass® Lactobacillus reuteri, 135.2 mg of calcium and 28.3 mg of magnesium. The recommended daily dose for adults over 18 is 2 capsules with plenty of water. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
