Non-pressed connections can be quickly detected during the filling of the installation. The SC-Contur is certified and meets the requirements of the DVGW W 534 standard, point 12.14, for fittings with mandatory leakage. In a water tightness test, the Viega system guarantees the detection of non-pressed connections at pressures from 1.0 bar to 6.5 bar, and with compressed air or inert gases from 22 mbar to 3.0 bar.
