The Hoco HI38 network adapter adds Wi-Fi connectivity to desktop and laptop computers via USB 2.0. It supports Wi-Fi 4 (IEEE 802.11b/g/n) on the 2.4 GHz band, with data rates of up to 150 Mbps, and is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.

Its built-in 3 dBi antenna and compact design allow it to stay plugged into the USB port without an external antenna or additional cables. It can be used with computers that do not have built-in Wi-Fi or to replace an old or faulty wireless network card. It does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
