Description & Specifications

The GEO Smart Greens sprouting device grows microgreens at home with bottom watering and no soil. Its patented two-position system works by rotating the trays 45°: in the hydration position, the ceramic granules absorb water from below, while in the growing position, the trays rest on the side supports, keeping the growing medium moist and aerated.

The two independent trays allow successive sowings. The ceramic granules retain and gradually release moisture, aerate the roots, and can be reused after rinsing. To grow, fill the trays with a layer of growing medium about 1–1.5 cm deep and place them in a bright spot away from direct sunlight. Check moisture every 1–2 days. Harvesting usually takes place after 10–21 days, when the shoots have developed their first true leaves and are about 5–7 cm tall.
