Description & Specifications

The transparent water container by Wartmann® is made of polycarbonate plastic and has a capacity of 26 liters. The water basin has external graduations and is suitable for any sous vide device. The container can hold two racks for 8 bags, which fit perfectly in the box and leave enough space for the sous vide device.

For greater energy savings, there is an available neoprene cover that wraps around the entire container and maintains the temperature. For the open part of the device, there are insulating balls that spread on the surface of the container and prevent water evaporation. Finally, the magnets securely hold the bags underwater, guaranteeing successful cooking.
