The Detoolz DZ-EI1010-G01 double countertop hob uses induction heating through a ceramic glass surface. Each of the two cooking zones has a power output of 1,500 W, and the temperature can be adjusted from 80 °C to 240 °C. It features 8 power and temperature levels, a smart cooking function, a timer and automatic shut-off.

Cookware detection and overheating protection support the safe use of the hob. The timer can be set from 1 minute to 4 hours, while the control panel includes function selection, temperature adjustment, a key lock, an on/off button and a display. It is compatible with induction cookware made of steel, cast iron, enamelled cast iron or stainless steel, with a flat base and a diameter of 12–24 cm.
