I was given the small package as a gift. I found it very tasty, of high quality, and eventually ordered the 700ml bottle.

Its aging gives it an unexpected complexity, with warm notes reminiscent of fine whisky and a smooth, clean aftertaste that lingers without being heavy. Its balance is impressive; neither aggressive nor overly sweet, but with character and depth that win you over from the first sip.

It is one of those spirits that are truly enjoyed neat, allowing you to appreciate the quality and care of the distillation.

Strong, clean, high-quality tsipouro that reminds me a little of a good whiskey. It has a slightly woody flavor and the aftertaste gives the tsipouro its character. It doesn't have the slightest hint of sweetness, so it is a good distillate without additives. I had 2-3 glasses and afterwards I didn't have a hangover or dizziness, showing its quality. At a price of 25-27 euros, I consider it not only honest but also a very good choice.

Having tried both Manifesto and Dark Cave, I have to say it is the best! You forget about whiskey now and you put tsipouro in its place. Maybe they could be sold 15-20% cheaper, which I think would be the right price for aged tsipouro. Anyway, try it and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Good, golden, but for God's sake it cannot be compared to a good whiskey or brandy in terms of aroma, even though it is closer to such a drink than to tsipouro in terms of taste. For tsipouro lovers who want to try something more unique on special occasions, it is just what they need.

Someone wrote, "It's sweet and makes you sleepy." I will say that as soon as I ordered the second bottle, I got the first one in 500ml and now the 700ml because it is truly the best relaxant for "unwinding". Note: I am not a heavy drinker, I drink very little, but there are some nights when I want to have a drink to enjoy (maybe a second one will come along the way) and I want something quality and good, something like OBAN that I have been drinking until now or maybe a Lagavullin, although it's not for every moment.

Since I tried TSIPOURO, I say that this is NOT tsipouro, really. It's like I have bought something that "resembles" whiskey, but it's much better!

Aged tsipouro made from the Savvatiano variety, with 12 months of maturation in barrels and another 12 months in tanks. It is rich with a full body and dominant flavors of hazelnut, raisin, and a strong tobacco aftertaste. A very unique distillate and definitely an excellent choice for those who truly love tsipouro.

Very good tsipouro. First of all, let's clarify something, this type of tsipouro has absolutely no relation to traditional tsipouro! The aged ones are far superior because they have aromas from the barrel they mature in, they are matured for a long time, the taste is incredible, with a very nice aroma, and they are drunk like a whiskey or a cognac. This particular one has all of that and is worth every euro. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for, it is worth its money.
