Cutting disc made of thermally improved carbon steel 50# (metal disc) and tungsten carbide YG8 (cutting edge), with cutting hardness 85 HRc (+/-2st). The GS geometry has an attack angle of 10st. The metal disc, of suitable thickness and laser-cut with laser technology, ensures rigidity and limits stresses even in high-load and high-temperature operations. The special sintered HM carbide allows repeated sharpening.

The cutting edge geometry and the shape of the GS10 tooth (alternately bevelled) are suitable for cross-cutting wood. The higher number of teeth in the same diameter offers smooth cutting surfaces, especially in dry wood. For longitudinal cutting, discs with fewer teeth are recommended for higher cutting speed. It is intended for industrial applications with all kinds of power tools and for soft and hard wood, other wood-based materials, fiberboards, and gypsum boards.

Warning: For better cutting quality and longer service life, during cutting, the tooth is recommended to protrude by w/3 of its height above the material thickness. It is not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, terracotta and ceramics, plexiglass and other plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, or wood-based materials combined with other materials.
