The cutting disc is made of thermally treated carbon steel 50# (metal disc) and YG8 tungsten carbide (cutting edge), with a cutting hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2st). It features GS geometry with a 10st angle of attack. The metal disc, laser-cut, ensures rigidity and limits stresses during high-load and high-temperature operations.

The special sintered HM carbide allows for repeated sharpening. The cutting edge geometry and the GS10 tooth shape (alternating bevel) are suitable for cross-cutting wood. The higher number of teeth on the same diameter provides smooth cutting surfaces, especially on dry wood.

• For longitudinal cutting, discs with fewer teeth are recommended for higher cutting speed.
• Intended for industrial applications with electric tools.
• Suitable for soft and hard wood, fiberboard, and drywall.
• Not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, ceramics, or plastic materials.
