Essve ECM metal adhesive is a two-component chemical anchor based on polyester resin, supplied in a cartridge for use with a dispensing gun. It is used for fastening in non-cracked concrete, lightweight concrete, perforated brick, natural stone and porous materials, in applications such as façades, roofs, wooden and metal structures, handrails, sanitary fixtures and cable ducts.
The installation temperature ranges from 0 °C to +40 °C. Once fully cured, the adhesive withstands temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C. Application requires a static mixer, and the holes must be thoroughly cleaned of dust and debris. The cartridge can be reused within its shelf life by replacing the static mixer or resealing it with the cap.
