POLRUST is an anti-corrosive acrylic primer suitable for steel and cast iron surfaces. It is used on substrates that have not been fully cleaned of corrosion products. It penetrates the porous structure of rust and bonds physically and chemically, creating a base for topcoats after drying.

Main features of POLRUST:

• Contains adhesion promoters and silicone-free defoamers.
• Applied to corroded meshes, railings, fences, pipes, radiators, and sheet metal.
• Suitable for clean surfaces prepared up to Sa 2 1/2 and surfaces with rust residues prepared up to St 3 or Sa 1, according to PN ISO 8501-1:2001.
• The use of chlorinated rubber, vinyl, acrylic, and chemically curing paints is recommended for maximum corrosion resistance.
