Meta eucalyptus essential oil is derived from eucalyptus leaves and young branches. It has an intense, camphoraceous aroma with a hint of sweet wood. It is suitable for aromatic baths, massage, aromatherapy, and use in aroma lamps.

For an aromatic bath, add 12–14 drops to 100 l of water, preferably after first mixing them with a tablespoon of honey. The water temperature should be 36–37°C, and the bath should last 10–20 minutes. For massage, add 14–20 drops to 20 g of carrier oil.
