The Halder SIMPLEX sledgehammer has a head with two different faces: a black rubber compound face and a white medium-hardness Superplastic face. The soft cast iron housing includes an integrated handle protection sleeve, and the individual parts can be replaced.

The wooden handle absorbs vibrations and features an ergonomic, double-lacquered grip that resists dirt. It is used for tasks such as laying paving slabs and kerbstones, gardening, carpentry, fencing and roof truss construction.
